Customer Center

Our Customer Center is the central point of contact for managing your licenses or services such as WebHosting packages that you have ordered from us.


After your payment has been received and your order has been activated within the scope of our manual order control, you will receive the required access data for our customer center by e-mail.


After logging in, a structured overview of all your services used with us awaits you.

Simply click on the service you want to manage and you will be taken to the overview as well as the other functions you can control via the customer center.

License management

To use our KeyHelp® WHMCS module in your environment, you need a valid license key. The key is displayed in the license management of our customer center.

The place in the module where you have to enter the license key is explained in the installation instructions for the module.

This is delivered in the form of a "Readme" file together with the module or you can use our lexicon to read the installation instructions there.


After the first contact of the module with our license server, your server IP address and the directory in which the module was installed will also be displayed in the Customer Center.


If you change the server and the server IP address changes, you have to reset the license. This is done in a few seconds via the menu item "Reissue license".

Please note that resetting the license is only possible a limited number of times for security reasons. If you get an error message, please open a support ticket and we will be happy to help you.

Management of your WebHosting package

When you order a WebHosting package from us, we provide you with the storage space and service on our own server systems with fast NVMe hard drives and based on KeyHelp® Pro as the server control panel.

You can also use our Customer Center to manage your WebHosting package.


You can manage domain administration, database administration, e-mail accounts and addresses/aliases, FTP accounts or SSL certificates directly in the customer center without having to jump to the KeyHelp® Server Control panel.


If you want to open pre-built web applications, password-protected directories, statistics or the backup manager, just one click on "Login to Panel" will take you directly to your WebHosting account in the KeyHelp® Server Control Panel.

You don't need to remember separate credentials anymore and can seamlessly continue managing your WebHosting package.

You can also request free Let's Encrypt SSL certificates for your domains here. Create new databases for your web applications in no time or edit existing databases Set up new email accounts, create or edit email addresses / aliases Create FTP accounts or modify existing accesses You want to use your own SSL certificates for your domains? Import them via the Customer Center and then assign the certificate to your domain.
