Technology and Datacenter

Our own server hardware...

We focus on our own server hardware from HPE and Dell, which are equipped with components for continuous operation in data centers.

Modern Intel processors, ECC DDR4 RAM, PCIe 4.0 Datacenter NVMe SSDs, RAID controllers, redundant network connections and power supplies are the features of our servers.

With our products you use thereby a reliable and modern technology with high failure safety.

...in the Datacenter of myLoc managed IT AG in Düsseldorf, Germany

Our technology is located in the ISO 27001 certified Datacenter of myLoc managed IT AG in Düsseldorf, Germany. The Datacenter has a network availability of 99.9% guaranteed to us by SLA and a low round trip time and packet loss guarantee.

Security is ensured by 24/7 camera surveillance, 24/7 property protection by an external security service, logged access system (card reader), multi-level access control (premises, building, cage), external locking.
The Datacenter is operated 100% with green electricity.

Fire protection is provided by highly sensitive smoke detectors with direct connection to fire department squadron and argon gas extinguishing system for flooding the cell in case of fire.

Our rack is fully air-conditioned with cooling via raised floor at a room temperature / cold aisle temperature of 20 - 28° C, has protection against extinguishing water and splash water (IP code, EN 60529) and is dust-tight (IP code, EN 60529).

A UPS system in a separate protected environment ensures bridging of the power supply in the event of a failure of the ring-shaped connection to the public power grid.

A diesel generator can take over the power supply of the UPS and maintain it for 72 hours without refilling the tank.

myLoc managed IT AG operates its own IP network with several fiber optic connections linking the network nodes in Düsseldorf, Frankfurt and Amsterdam. Redundant routers and fiber connections provide highly available access to all major carriers and exchange points.

Our rack has a DE-CIX port and thus a direct connection to the most important internet nodes.
